Na primeira consulta, eu faço uma avaliação completa do seu histórico de saúde, hábitos alimentares, rotina e principais objetivos. Com base nessas informações, desenvolvo um plano alimentar totalmente personalizado, levando em consideração suas preferências e necessidades. Também dou orientações práticas para que você consiga aplicar as mudanças no seu dia a dia de forma simples e eficiente.

Isso varia de pessoa para pessoa, pois cada organismo responde de uma forma diferente. Mas, normalmente, meus pacientes começam a notar mudanças na disposição e no bem-estar nas primeiras semanas. Após agendamento/adesão à consulta:

  • Receberá o Formulário de preenchimento da pré-consulta Nutricional, incluindo obtenção dos dados das suas medidas.
  • Ao passar pela consulta abordaremos as informações coletadas e farei uma anamnese mais detalhada para avaliar seu histórico médico, estilo de vida e entender sua relação com a comida, seu objetivo e o que impede seu progresso.
  • Desenvolverei o seu plano alimentar com estratégias personalizadas e metas específicas e realistas adequadamente adaptadas para implementar durante o seu acompanhamento, considerando suas preferências alimentares e restrições. Será encaminhado o acesso à materiais de apoio referente à sua condição.
FASE 2

O acompanhamento (30 dias) inclui:

  • Monitoramento regular do progresso e ajustes no plano conforme necessário.
  • Suporte diário contínuo pelo whatsapp para resolução de dúvidas, enfoque no alinhamento das estratégias visando superação de desafios e evolução durante o processo.
  • Orientações sobre escolhas e/ou substituições alimentares em situações específicas como viagens ou eventos.
  • Prescrição de suplementos se necessário.
  • Acesso a recursos exclusivos como app para visualização da dieta, receitas gourmet e serviços adicionais à combinar.
